29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical (a) K & K Surplus, Inc., 8381 Brighton Rd., Commerce City, CO 80022: On or before September 9, 2020 the employer did not maintain safety data sheets for hazardous chemicals in the workplace. This condition exposes employees to chemical hazards in the workplace. such as but not limited to gasoline, oil, and hydraulic fluid. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
