29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: a) Mystic Meadows Rehabilitation & Nursing Center - Harbor Unit and Comfort Cove: On or about May 6, 2020 and thereafter, the employer provided and required the use of respirators in the facility. The employer did not ensure that employees required to use N95 respirators, including Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and Housekeepers, were fit tested prior to respirator use.
