29 CFR 1910.30(a)(3)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each employee was trained in the procedures to be followed to minimize those hazards: a) Second floor, center of warehouse, south side, on or about 7-24-20: Two employees were using an elevated access opening (hoist area) for transfer of furniture, stock, etc. between the first and second floors, without training on the procedures to be followed to minimize fall hazards, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of 12 feet 11 inches.
