29 CFR 1926.501(a)(2): The employer did not determine if the walking/working surfaces on which its employees were to work on, had the strength and structure integrity to support employees safely. On or about July 20, 2021, the employer allowed employees to work from a surface to which no determination was made to its structural integrity. This exposed the employee to a fall hazard.
