29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(i)(A): Powered industrial truck operators did not receive initial training on operating instructions, warnings, and precautions for the types of truck the operator would be authorized to operate: a) Throughout Yard/Facility - On July 8, 2020 and at times prior to, the employer did not ensure powered industrial truck (forklift) operators received initial training on operating instructions, warnings, and precautions included in the forklift operation and maintenance manuals, thus exposing employees to caught between and crushed by hazards.
