29 CFR 1910.333(c)(7): "Portable ladders." Portable ladders shall have nonconductive siderails if they are used where the employee or the ladder could contact exposed energized parts. (a) Worksite was located at 237 Brooklake Road, Florham Park, NJ 07932 An employee was exposed to electrocution hazards while using a Werner 32 foot aluminum extension ladder in close proximity to live uninsulated primary power lines where incidental contact with those power lines resulted in death. Each power line was carrying 7.2 kV and they were at a height of 22'6" above the ground. Violation occurred on or about July 9, 2020
