29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(B): Affected employee(s) was not instructed in the purpose and use of the energy control procedure. (a) Entire facility - Production area - On or about 06/17/2020, employees working in the production area of the facility were potentially exposed to electrical and/or struck-by hazards in that, the employer did not ensure that all affected employees were adequately trained in the purpose and use of the energy control procedures. Training in the purpose and use of the energy control procedure was not conducted for all employees.
