29 CFR 1910.178(m)(2): No person shall be allowed to stand or pass under the elevated portion of any truck, whether loaded or empty. a) On or about June 9, 2020 in order to turn two steel coils that were placed on the winder backwards, employees turned the load manually requiring their hands, arms, legs, and feet to be under the elevated portion of the forklift while holding two steel coils upright that weighed approximately 566 pounds per coil so the coils could be loaded and unloaded onto the fork.
