29 CFR 1910.140(d)(3): The employer had not prohibited the use of body belts as part of a personal fall arrest system: On or about 6/16/2020, at Primero Auto Parts Inc., located at 3635 NW 67th Street, Miami, FL 33147. Warehouse area. An employee used a body belt for fall protection while working from a powered industrial truck, exposing employee to sustain a fracture in the event of a fall.
