29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not train each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards to enable them to recognize fall hazards and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) At the jobsite, one employee was installing caulking to HVAC vents in the town house under construction and had not been trained on the hazards associated with falls, exposing the employee to a fall hazard up to approximately 45 feet.
