29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: a) 1515 Lamberts Mill Road Operations, LLC dba Westfield Center/Westfield, NJ - Throughout the nursing home: On or about 4/2/2020 and continuing thereafter, employees including, but not limited to nurses, nurse supervisors, and certified nursing assistants were required to wear N95 respirators when providing direct nursing and personal care to patients suspected or confirmed as having COVID-19. Respirator fit testing was not performed for employees required to wear N95 respirators.
