29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: Okuley's Pharmacy and Home Medical, Inc. - Defiance, Ohio: On or about April 1, 2020, the employer did not provide training on hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to, isopropanol and ethyl alcohol. Employees were exposed to fire hazards, irritation to the skin and respiratory tract, and eye irritation or damage when handling the chemical to make sanitizer.
