29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation: (a) Garage- 4470 West Pike Street, Indiana, PA: On or about April 10 2020, the employer failed to provide all authorized employees with lock out/tag out training that was exposed to gravitational energy sources while conducting work on company vehicles such as but not limited to rotating tires.
