29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): (1) Walking-working surfaces are not inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition. (a) Finishing Department: On or about March 13, 2020, adequate inspection of aisles, passageways, and work areas that change regularly based on the size, shape, and configuration of the semi finished products brought in, and the location of tools, equipment and materials needed to process the work pieces were not conducted in a manner that insures a safe work area for employees was maintained.
