29 CFR 1910.1001(j)(3)(iii): The employer did not inform employees who performed housekeeping activities in area(s) which contained asbestos containing material (ACM) and/or presumed asbestos containing material (PACM) of the presence and location of ACM and/or PACM in such area(s) which might have been contacted during such activities: a) 960 Lancaster Ave., Columbia, PA 17512 - Back Store Room - On or about March 9, 2020, the employer did not inform the employees of the presence of asbestos containing material (ACM) or presumed asbestos containing material (PACM). The 9 in x 9 in. asbestos containing floor tiles were installed prior to 1980, in the back store room. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
