29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): Forklifts used to support scaffold platforms did not have the entire platform attached to the forks: (a)Kramp Enterprises, Inc. at 38989 147th Street, Warner, SD 57429: On or about and at times prior to February 20, 2020, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from fall hazards and struck-by hazards in that, the personnel platform was not secured to the forks of the CAT TH103 telehandler which was used to lift employees to perform work. This condition exposed employees to fall and struck-by hazards.
