29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Scaffold platforms and walkways were not at least 18 inches wide. Newbrook LP on or about February 03, 2020 at the address of 1559 Falcon Cove Rd., Waterville, OH: The employer failed to ensure the 12 in. wide working platform constructed from OSB, in which employees were working from, while securing sheathing to the structure, was of sufficient width. Two employees were exposed to a potential fall of up to 18 feet to the level below.
