29 CFR 1910.219(f)(1): Gears were not guarded by one of the methods specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(f)(1)(i), (f)(1)(ii), or (f)(1)(iii): (a) On or around January 24, 2020 and at times prior thereto at the Anthony Timberland sawmill in Arkadelphia, Arkansas the employer did not guard the gear/sprockets and chains less than seven feet above the floor/operating elevation to protect workers in the operator station at the infeed from the head rig.
