29 CFR 1926.502(h)(1)(v): The safety monitor had other responsibilities which could take the monitor's attention from the monitoring function: a) Roof, Southside Wall: On or about 12/15/2019, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 30 feet, in that the safety monitor was supervising other workers that took his attention from monitoring duties.
