29 CFR 1910.269(c)(1)(ii): The employer did not ensure that the employee in charge conducts a job briefing that meets paragraphs (c)(2), (c)(3), and (c)(4) of this section with the employees involved before they start each job. Bronx, NY - Hellgate Substation 46: The work gang was not provided with an adequate initial job breifing by the supervisor prior to changing the fuses therefore leaving the employee exposed to an electrocution hazard while standing on the transformer mounting brackets and manually changing the fuses on a transformer. On or about December 5th, 2019. NOTE: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
