29 CFR 1926.760(a)(2): Perimeter safety cables were not installed on final interior and exterior perimeters on the floors as soon as the metal decking was installed. On or about November 26, 2019 and at times prior, at 120 NW 27th AVE, Miami, Florida, 33315, employees were installing metal decking, during which perimeter safety cables were not installed on interior and exterior perimeters of the decks; therefore exposing the employees to fall a fall hazard. NOTE: CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
