29 CFR 1910.179(g)(1)(iv): Multiple conductor cable was used with a suspended pushbutton station, but the station was not supported in some satisfactory manner that protected the electrical conductors against strain: a. 81 Chimney Rock Rd., Bridgewater, NJ - Maintenance bay The employer did not ensure that overhead crane pendant controls conductors were supported in a manner to prevent conductor strain. Employees operated a Beacon Line Crane, 5 Ton Crane, with a control pendant electrical conductors were pulled from the control box. Violation observed on or about November 20, 2019
