29 CFR 1910.176(c): Storage areas were not kept free from accumulation of materials that constituted hazards from tripping, fire, explosion or pest harborage. Vegetation control will be exercised when necessary. Outside the warehouse: On or about November 13, 2019, employer did not keep the storage area free from tripping, pest harborage hazards and did not exercise vegetation control methods. This condition exposed employees to health and safety hazards.
