29 CFR 1910.146(c)(2): The employer did not inform exposed employees, by posting danger signs or by any other equally effective means, of the existence and location of and the danger posed by permit spaces. On or about November 4, 2019 and times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure that a permit required confined space such as but not limited to the hot water rinse tank on the galvanized line had posted signs to warn employees of the danger posed by permit spaces.
