29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: (a) Facility - On or about October 08, 2019 the employer had not performed the required periodic inspection of their energy control procedures for equipment such as but not limited to the Cooking Kettles, prior to employees performing sanitation and maintenance, exposing employees to struck-by hazards.
