29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: On or about September 17, 2019, the employer failed to ensure a periodic inspection of the energy control program and procedures were performed at least annually. Employee(s) were exposed to unexpected start-up of machinery and/or the un-expected release of stored energies resulting in such hazards as, but not limited to, burns and electrical shocks.
