29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(ii)(D): Powered industrial truck operators did not receive initial training on pedestrian traffic in areas where the vehicle would be operated: a) Shipping Department, Finished Goods Cooler - On or about September 11, 2019 and times prior thereto, employees being trained to operate a Crown Narrow-Aisle RR 5700 Series stand-up forklift were not provided training on pedestrian traffic. b) Shipping Department - On or about September 11, 2019 and times prior thereto, employees being trained to operate a Crown WP 3000 Walkie Pallet Truck were not provided training on pedestrian traffic. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
