29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: On, or about, September 10, 2019, at 4899 Commerce Parkway, Cleveland, OH 44128, in the painting department, an employee required to wear a 3M 7502, organic vapor cartridge, half face, negative pressure, elastomeric respirator while performing spray coating operations was not medically evaluated prior to being required to wear the respirator.
