29 CFR 1926.451(h)(1): In addition to wearing hardhats, each employee on a scaffold was not provided with additional protection from falling hand tools, debris, and other small objects through the installation of toeboards, screens, guardrail systems, or through the erection of debris nets, catch platforms, or canopy structures that contained or deflected the falling objects: (a) On or about August 20, 2019, an employee was elevated in a aerial lift while involved in the truss installation process and did not have a protective helmet. NOTE: Abatement certification IS required for this item.
