29 CFR 1926.502(d)(17): The attachment point of the body belt was not located in the center of the wearer's back. The attachment point of the body harness was not located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head. On or about August 16, 2019, at Lot 73, 8705 Mica Creek, Ball Ground, Georgia: One employee performing roofing work was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10.3-feet and greater when he did not use a full body harness and tied off directly to the webbing of a rock climbing harness in the front at waist level.
