29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(ii): Corrective glasses, goggles or other personal protective equipment were worn in a manner that interfered with the seal of the respirator facepiece: Building 211: Employees perform painting operations with PPG Aerospace 44GN007 Base Component, which contains chromium ingredients. An employee was observed painting with a painter's sock underneath the full-face respirator, which impeded a face-to-facepiece seal. Employee(s) were exposed to irritants and respiratory hazards associated with hexavalent chromium.
