29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iii): Employee training did not include the measures employees can take to protect themselves from chemical hazards, including specific procedures the employer had implemented to protect employees from exposure to hazardous chemicals, such as appropriate work practices, emergency procedures and personal protective equipment to be used: (a) Facility, 250 University Avenue, Natali Student Center, Gold Rush, California, PA: On or about August 7, 2019 employees had not been provided information and training on the hazardous chemicals used in the workplace that included the measures necessary for employee protection, emergency procedures and what personal protective equipment should be used when working with such products. Employees work with products such as but not limit to: Silver Power NP Premix, Greasestrip Plus, Keystone High Temp Grill Cleaner, Keystone Pot and Pan Cleaner, Oasis 146 Multi-Quat Sanitizer.
