29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain copies of the required material safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical in the workplace: On or about August 7, 2019, at the location of 344 4th Street, Barberton, OH 44203, the employer failed to maintain copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical in the workplace. Employees worked with various chemicals, including, but not limited to natural gas, refrigerant, and various compressed gases used for welding.
