29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: On or about 7/30/2019 at locations including but not limited to the electrical panels, workers making entrance into the panels were exposed to electrical hazards of up to 480 V where the breakers were not labeled which could result in unexpected de-energization on not de-energizing equipment as expected.
