29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i)(C): Where lockout was used for energy control, the periodic inspection did not include a review, between the inspector and each authorized employee, of that employee's responsibilities under the energy control procedure being inspected. (a) Site: On the production floor, at Van Dorn 350 Ton Press #1019, in the facility at 100 Simplex Drive, Westminster, MA 01453: On 7/23/2019 where lockout was used for energy control a LOTO inspector did not review the inspection results from the Van Dorn 350 Ton Press #1019 with each authorized employee before that employee performed maintenance on the machine.
