29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv): Flexible cords and/ or cables were used for purposes prohibited by paragraphs (A) through (F) of 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(a): a) Production floor: On or about July 19, 2019 and at times prior thereto; portable extension cords were used in series in lieu of permanent wiring to power a wood elevator/wood scissor lift presenting electrical shock hazards where cords were run through a hole in a wall. Note* Abatement certification IS required for this item.
