29 CFR 1910.213(n)(3): Feed rolls were not guarded by a hood or suitable guard that would prevent the hands of the operator from coming in contact with the in-running rolls at any point. On or about July 17, 2019, and at times prior thereto, the employees working near the unguarded feed rolls were exposed to pinch points and caught by hazards.
