29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(ii)(I): Powered industrial truck operators did not receive initial training in other unique or potentially hazardous conditions of the workplace that could affect safe operation: River Driver Service Center, Inc: On or about July 13, 2019 the employer did not train designated employee(s) on the use of the Windham W-15 STD forklift for a below-the-tine support, hoist and transfer of large parts from commercial trucks. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
