29 CFR 1910.219(d)(1): Pulley(s) with part(s) seven feet or less from the floor or work platform were not guarded in accordance with the requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o) of this section. Employees engaged in manufacturing activities at the roller conveyor systems throughout the facility were exposed to caught-in hazards from in-running nip points in that the pulleys, approximately 15 and 30 inches above the floor, located near the interior frame/leg of the conveyor system were not guarded. Roller Conveyors with unguarded pulleys less than 7 feet above the floor were identified in the following locations: a) Building East and West b) Building North and South c) Saw Shop Building, Alpine Auto Mill Saw 2
