29 CFR 1926.1060(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders as necessary, enabling each employee to recognize hazards related to ladders and the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards. a) On or about May 23, 2019 and at times prior thereto employees were exposed to fall hazards of 13 feet and were not trained to recognize the hazards related to ladder use. NOTE-Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item.
