29 CFR 1910.1000(e): Feasible administrative or engineering controls were not determined and implemented to achieve compliance with the limits prescribed in 29 CFR 1910.1000(a) through (d): Clean room: on or about 05/19/19, the employer did not implement feasible administrative or engineering controls to protect employees from exposure to Peridox RTU. The employees cleaning/sanitizing the clean room were exposed to an airborne concentration of hydrogen peroxide of up to 3.60 mg/m3, which is 2.57 times the permissible exposure limit of 1.4mg/m3 SCA Pharmaceuticals was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1278719, citation number 1, item number 2g, and was affirmed as a final order on 12/26/18, with respect to a workplace located at 755 Rainbow Road, Suite B, Windsor, Connecticut, 06095.
