29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) Wilmad LabGlass Inc. - Production Plant located at 1172 North West Blvd., Vineland NJ 08360: The employer did not develop, implement or document specific lockout/tagout procedures for machinery including but not limited to; grinder/polishing machines, cutters, concentric machines, NMR machines, shrink machines, etc. Employees conducting cleaning operations, minor and major maintenance operations were not provided with the energy control procedures, on or about 5/8/2019.
