29 CFR 1926.62(e)(1): The employer did not implement all feasible engineering and work practice controls, including administrative controls, to reduce and maintain employee exposure to lead to or below the permissible exposure limit: a) 306 Martin Luther King Blvd., Newark, NJ The employer did not implement engineering controls and administrative controls for employees performing manual cleaning, scrapping and demolition of interior walls and ceilings where lead containing paint was present. On 5/6/19, employees performing interior manual demolition were exposed to lead at 65.0 ug/m3, 86.6 ug/m3 and 297 ug/m3 as an 8- hour Time Weighted Average (TWA), exceeding the Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) of 50 ug/m3 by 1.3, 1.7 and 5.9 times, respectively. Zero exposure was assumed for unsampled periods of 271 minutes, 152 minutes and 139 minutes, respectively. Condition occurred on or about 5/6/19
