29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The written hazard communication program did not include a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using an identity that was referenced on the appropriate material safety data sheet (Construction Reference: 1926.59): At the jobsite, the employer had not developed, implemented, and maintained a written hazard communication program for hazardous chemicals, which can result in flammability hazards, fire and explosion hazards, skin corrosion, eye corrosion, carcinogenic hazards, poison hazards. Chemicals included but not limited to: (a) Sherwin Williams ProMar 200; (b) Sherwin Williams Wood Classic Fast Dry Oil Varnish; (c) Startex Paint Thinner; (d) Sherman Williams PVA Drywall Primer and Sealer.
