29 CFR 1910.252(a)(2)(xiv)(C)(2): The employer did not ensure that if the work could not be moved, the supervisor had the combustibles moved to a safe distance from the work or had the combustibles properly shielded against ignition: a) Delaware City Refining Company, 4550 Wrangle Hill Road, Delaware City, Delaware; Fluid Coker Reactor - On or about April 9, 2019, the employer failed to move all combustible materials (e.g., temporary wood decking) to a safe distance from the post weld heat treatment work inside Coker unit, or have the combustibles properly shielded against ignition during post weld heat treatment of a replaced section of the Coker Shell, exposing employees to a fire hazard.
