29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(ii): The employer did not certify that the periodic inspections have been performed: a) Richardson Tree & Landscaping Co., Inc., fleet yard. On or about April 3, 2019, periodic inspections of the energy control procedures had were not certified. Employees perform servicing and maintenance on machines and equipment including, but not limited to, tractor-trailers. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
