29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, or enclosures was not permanent and continuous: location: garage area on or about: 3/26/19 a) An employee was using a Skilsaw worm drive saw, while engaged in carpentry work. The saw was missing the grounding pin. NOTE: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the inspection casefile, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19.
