29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(2)(i): The employer having employees with occupational exposure did not prepare an exposure determination: (a) Powder Addiction LLC at Jones Pass, Clear Creek County, CO 80438: On and before March 7, 2019, the employer did not prepare an exposure determination to include employees that are expected to come in contact with blood or Other Potentially Infectious Materials (OPIM). This condition exposed employees to a bloodborne pathogen hazard.
