29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: On or about March 6, 2019, on site of a residential structure under construction located at 7153 Valencia Drive in Boca Raton, Florida, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard when performing roof work on a flat roof prior to being provided with a training program to recognize the hazards associated with falls.
