29 CFR 1910.178(m)(4): Industrial truck drivers were not prohibited from placing extremities outside the running lines of the truck: On or about 2/28/2019, at the warehouse area of General Hotel & Restaurant Supply Corp, 13900 NW 82nd Avenue, Miami, FL 33116, a trainee struck his leg with a column when he attempted to stop a stand up reach truck (i.e. Crown, Serial #1A196318) after making a sharp turn.
